The statue itself is difficult to photograph, if you stand in front of it then you are too close and you do not see any details because of light overexposure but when from a distance it is possible.

The big statue can be seen from different locations in the park.

It is a beautifully landscaped park with different statues.

When you take the stairs to the higher level you can find some big statues. Garuda Wisnu Kencana is the form of Lord Vishnu, the Preserver God who in Hinduism is depicted riding a Garuda bird.

From here you can also see the impressive statue again from a distance.

From this higher level you can take the elevator down towards the exit, on the way to the exit there is a museum which you can visit, there is a restaurant and some souvenir shops.

The GWK Cultural Park is a nice place to visit when you are in Uluwatu, you can spent easily an hour here or longer when there are cultural dance perfomances.
