The hotel is located in the centre of Lovina on the corner Jalan Seririt-Singaraja and Jalan Binaria in Kalibukbuk and formerly known as Nirwana Water Garden but taken over in September 2024 and since then a major renovation has taken place and the hotel is open for business.
There are two entrances, the main entrance and reception area are on Jalan Seririt-Singaraja, right next to the BNI ATM, click here for the exact location. You can also enter via Jalan Binaria, right at the corner but also after 20 meter you will find the entrance on the right side, there is also the parking area and you enter on the side of the restaurant.
The renovation has lifted this place and restored it into its full glory and to a very nice hotel and the location is great as it is in the middle of the centre with everything close by.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and they have a nice menu.
There is a very big pool with a small pool for kids and jacuzzi pool and is in the centre of the hotel, around the pool you will find the sun loungers and there is a pool bar.
There are 3 different kind of rooms, Standard, Superior and the Family Loft.
Standard rooms
They are located in a separate building on the side of the road at the reception area, these rooms are so called backpacker rooms, there are 6 of them where 2 have daylight (right picture) and 4 have no daylight (left picture), there is a shared area for the toilet and bathroom. This is a standard room and basically only offers a king size bed and is about 15m2, the ones with the daylight are slightly bigger, they all have air-conditioning, free Wifi, an electric kettle and towels are provided.
The shared bathroom and toilet are close to the rooms in the hallway.
Superior rooms
There are 6 superior rooms, offering a nice renovated room with a brand new bathroom, king size bed, a TV, minibar, wardrobe closet and furniture, in front of the room there is a veranda with 2 chairs and a table and the view is on the swimming pool, all the rooms are on the ground floor and you have free Wifi.
The spacious double room (30m2) offers air conditioning, a minibar, a terrace with pool views as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower and free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The room has 1 king size bed and it is not possible to add an extra bed in the room as it is based on 2 people.
Family Loft
There are 3 of these rooms at the back of the property, this type of room has 2 floors and is suitable for a family with 2 (small) children, offering 2 king size beds (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, it has a big bathroom with free toiletries, the rooms are shaded with some trees which make it more private. There is an air-conditioning on the first floor. It has a small TV on the wall, a mini fridge and a water cooker.
Jalan Binaria is the street which leads to the dolphin statue and the beach, in this street you will find several bars like Poco Bar and Zigiz, but also places where you can eat like Lumbung Bar and Café, Kakatua Restaurant, and there are some shops and tourist information shops where you can book your trips, the beach is only 100 meter away from the hotel.
