Buyan and Tamblingan Lake

Buyan and Tamblingan Lake are two lakes located in the Pancasari Village area also known as the Twin Lakes. There is a third lake in the area called Lake Beratan. Lake Buyan is the largest of the 3 lakes in the Bedugul area.

This area is a tourist attraction (also for local tourism, many Balinese are going camping in the weekend), the road from Munduk gives a wonderful view of the two lakes and the surrounding mountains. The viewpoint is known as Wanagiri Hidden Hill and is located above the Twin Lakes.

You can also do excellent trekking through the surrounding “jungle”, it’s not really a jungle more a forest. Rundung can give you all the details about this trekking.
