What is on the menu?
On the menu is Ayam Betutu (Ayam Betutu is a Balinese dish of steamed or roasted chicken or duck in a rich bumbu betutu, this highly seasoned and spiced dish and is a popular dish in Bali), ikan kukus (steamed fish), urab (vegetables), tempeh (tempeh goreng is a popular Indonesian dish consisting of deep-fried tempeh, a fermented soybean cake), tofu (also known as bean curd, is a food made from soybeans, water and a coagulant), Ikan bakar (grilled fish) and more which will be a surprise and a wait and see.

Drinks
The standard drink which is served will be water or soft drink, however if you want to drink something else like beer or wine this is possible but there will be a surcharge and you can discuss this when you do the booking, but what you also can do is bring your own drink and share it with them.
How many people?
Ideally you are with 4-8 people but any number is good and of course children are welcome to join, you need to indicate if you like spicy food because Balinese food can be very spicy.
The dinner
The dinner will be held in their house, here you sit on the floor and enjoy the food and drinks, have a nice conversation in the company of this Balinese family.




Balinese dance
Family dinner is all about family and they invite you to experience this and their culture, therefor the children in the family will perform a Balinese dance for you, they will perform 2-3 Balinese dances.
